Joseph A. Dillon, Associate
Joseph concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, real estate law, bankruptcy, general litigation, and dispute resolution.
Joseph graduated with a major in Political Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He then attended Florida A & M College of Law in Orlando, Florida where he was a board member for the moot court team and led his team to the finals of a national competition. Prior to joining Nardella & Nardella, PLLC, Mr. Dillon was in house counsel for a national real estate holdings company based in Orlando, Florida. In his role as general counsel, Mr. Dillon represented the company during several Chapter 11 bankruptcies and handled all landlord/tenant legal matters. Mr. Dillon also has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders and servicers in litigation claims arising out of contested foreclosures, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and other regulatory issues..
